Position Description:        
-        Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations work focus on personnel matters, eg. working with labor agency to prepare required documents to employees related to residence permit & Hukou;
-        Coordinate new hire on board process including labor contract processes with employees, working with labor agencies on necessary documents submission;
-        Work with site team on annual leave administration and update annual leave report for all employees;
-        Facilitates employee Exit Process;
-        Generate report for data analysis, or meetings, presentations, when necessary, e.g. attrition analysis etc.

                                 
Position Requirements:        
-        Master Degree, can work at least 4 days/week, last at least 6 months
-        Good user on Excel and Power point;
-        Strong communication skills and interpersonal skill;
-        Open-minded team player and flexible to change;
-        Good command of English communication skill.

要求：每周工作3-4天以上，持续至少半年以上，硕士相关专业2016年及以后毕业
