HR Intern
Position Description: -
Investigates and resolves day-to-day employeerelations work focus on personnel matters, eg. working with labor agency toprepare required documents to employees related to residence permit &Hukou; -
Coordinate new hire on board process includinglabor contract processes with employees, working with labor agencies onnecessary documents submission; -
Work with site team on annual leaveadministration and update annual leave report for all employees; -
Facilitates employee Exit Process; -
Generate report for data analysis, or meetings,presentations, when necessary, e.g. attrition analysis etc.
Position Requirements: -
Master Degree, can work at least 4 days/week,last at least 6 months -
Good user on Excel and Power point; -
Strong communication skills and interpersonalskill; -
Open-minded team player and flexible to change; -
