Position Description:

Investigates and resolves day-to-day employeerelations work focus on personnel matters, eg. working with labor agency toprepare required documents to employees related to residence permit &Hukou;

Coordinate new hire on board process includinglabor contract processes with employees, working with labor agencies onnecessary documents submission;

-
Work with site team on annual leaveadministration and update annual leave report for all employees;

-
Facilitates employee Exit Process;

-
Generate report for data analysis, or meetings,presentations, when necessary, e.g. attrition analysis etc.

Position Requirements:

Master Degree, can work at least 4 days/week,last at least 6 months

Good user on Excel and Power point;

Strong communication skills and interpersonalskill;

Open-minded team player and flexible to change;

-
Good command of English communication skill.

要求：每周工作4天以上，持续至少半年以上，硕士相关专业2016年及以后毕业

工作地点：北京东城区北三环东路，北京环球贸易中心
